Gingerbread House Making Party {with a special visitor}

We hosted a gingerbread house making party this past weekend for a few family and friends.  What fun we had!  If the sugar didn't make us happy enough, we were lucky enough to have a special visitor join us - yes, that special guy from the North Pole!  The kids were so excited!  If you have never had Santa visit your home, I highly recommend it.  It will make your holiday season.

A lot of the props for this party served double duty.  I kept the same blue and red color scheme as I had for Ethan's carnival party.  Last year, I found the printables from Frog Prince Paperie and fell in love with them!  Yes, I've been saving them for a year!

Here are few a lot of pictures of our fun.  I apologize for the quality - it was quite dark in our house with not a lot of natural light.  Keeping it real - no professional photographer for a friends and family gingerbread party.  By now if you've followed this blog, you know I can't narrow the pictures down so once again, this post is a picture overload.  Vendors and credits at the end of the post.  Thank you for looking and have a great holiday season!

  1. Adorable as usual, Melissa! I love that you reuse decorations from other parties...that makes having parties much more realistic! Where did you get the curly candy canes for your parfaits? They are so neat!
